Louis Proof loves cooking and eating because I do. I have always loved Julia Child since I was little, but I had no idea how much of a trailblazer she was. I would have preferred a movie just about her but I guess this combination of two stories is a way to make her story easily marketable for a massive audience. Hats off to Nora Ephron (writer/driector) for coming up with this method. I am hoping that it works and people will learn that Julia Child was one for true adventure, following a dream, and just plain out having fun.
